The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing and marketing their territory/market sales by providing stellar customer service to new and existing clientele.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify and recruit new dealers
  • Effectively manage and market dealer/customer relationships to achieve all quality, pricing and volume objectives
  • Advise and assist dealers/customers by providing detailed information of our products
  • Promote new and existing products
  • Become an expert in our products and services offered
  • Complete and process all sales and finance transactions accurately
  • Communicate and review problem areas and follow through with dealers/customers
  • Document all sales visits and outcomes
  • Develop and execute sales presentations
  • Collaborate with management team to help identify sales opportunities and strategies to develop our business
  • Maintain the budget provided
  • Travel daily to dealers and customers
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules and regulations
  • All other duties assigned


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferred
  • Experience in agricultural and or grain bins preferred
  • Ability to work independently and be a self-motivator
  • Organizational and communication skills a must
  • Computer skills (Microsoft products)
